My training plans are customizable and we'll discuss what makes the most sense for you and your goals. Currently, I’m working with a small group of runners so every plan will be personalized and include a high level of communication. You'll have access to the training platform (value of $12.99/month) and direct access to contact me whenever you want.
12-16 week plan
$80/month
You are in the final stretch for an upcoming race and you've really got to lock in. This plan is about commitment, discipline, and training smart. If you've got aggressive goals, let's discuss before committing.
16-20 week plan
$70/month
You've got some time before your next race and need to build your baseline fitness before ramping up. Whether your goal is finishing your race feeling strong or looking to set a PR, this is the plan for you.
On-going training
$60/month
Whether you are just starting your running journey or a seasoned marathoner, you should consider this plan if you know you want to commit for the long haul. We will build and grow together over time.
