My training plans are customizable and we'll discuss what makes the most sense for you and your goals. I work with a small group of runners so every plan will be hyper personalized and include a high level of communication. You'll have free access to the VDOT training platform and direct access to contact me whenever you want.
12-20 week plan
$150/month
You’ve signed up for a race and want a plan built specifically for that day. This program includes course-specific workouts, fueling guidance, and pre-race strategy calls so you arrive prepared and ready to execute.
On-going training
$100/month
For runners committed to long-term development and consistent progress. This program evolves with you, adapting to your training cycles, schedule, and overall running goals.
