My training plans are customizable and we'll discuss what makes the most sense for you and your goals. I'll never let money be a reason for why we won't work together so don't hesitate to reach out. Additionally, with any of my training plans, you'll have direct access to contact me whenever you want. I don't believe that communication should hide behind a paywall. Before signing up for any of the plans, it's important for us to first meet to make sure I am the right coach for you.
12-16 week plan

Whether you are just starting your running journey or a seasoned marathoner, you should consider this plan if you know you want to commit to the sport for the long haul. We will build and grow together over time.
