Finding your stride
You’ve crossed the finish line before, and now you’re ready to take things up a notch. Whether you’re moving from a 5K to a half marathon or tackling your first full, I’ll help you build the strength, structure, and confidence to handle more mileage and feel stronger with every run.
Chasing a PR
You’ve raced before and want to improve your next finish. Whether it’s shaving minutes off a 10K, half marathon, or aiming for a sub-3-hour marathon, I’ll help you train with a plan that maximizes your effort, keeps you consistent, and builds your confidence so you can give it your all on race day.
The VDOT Platform
I use the VDOT platform with athletes to build personalized training plans, track progress, and get them ready for race day. All your workouts, paces, and training zones are displayed on the platform, so everything you need is in one place.
Your VDOT score reflects your current running fitness and will increase as you improve. Enter a recent race time or run, and the calculator does the rest. It’s a reliable indicator of where to start your training. We’ll use your last race as your baseline and build from there!
